I love Curves because you can show up to work out at the time that is convenient for you - no schedules! And, the machines are designed to work out the female body effectively. The Curves Smart card keeps you accountable...no slacking allowed! 😂
Curves is a great place to work out. The owner is wonderful! She goes above & beyond to help you get the most out of your work out! She is always smiling!!! It really helps my back to go to Curves! Thank You!!!
