The owner and trainer is Bonnie and she is uplifting, vivacious and one the most awe inspiring people. She remembers your name and is right there to give everyone the lift up in spirits that we can do anything. She makes the whole experience a welcoming part of my day to work out. I'd recommend the equipment and her overall guidance to anyone.
