History Established in 2000. Curves in Metropolis started with the traditional circuit workout. Since opening, we have added the Curves Complete weight loss program and the CurvesSmart personal coaching system as well as classes that work in conjunction with our traditional circuit. These classes can help make you stronger and more fit as well as help you become more balanced. Our classes range from a low intensity/low impact to high intensity/high impact. We offer a workout for every fitness level.
