Getting my Curves Back! Curves makes for a great workout for those who don't have alot of time to spend or hate gym atmospheres. The staff is very friendly and the music they play is great (if you like oldies) I was amazed at the changes my body is making from this.
Great Quick Workout When I first heard of Curves I was skeptical-- I didn't think a 30 minute workout could possibly do much but I was wrong. After one month they took new measurements ( I was measured when I first joined) and I was shocked at the number of inches I had lost in just one month. I am now a believer.
