History Established in 2010. I'm Janice Wilkes. I purchased Curves Milledgeville in 2010 from the previous owner. I had worked with Curves prior to buying it and fell in love with it. The atmosphere at Curves is so different from other gyms and with it being for women only we have so much fun exercising and staying healthy together. The Curves workout is designed specifically for a woman's body and watching them achieve their results is so inspiring. Come on in and just give it a try and we bet yoll love it as much as we do.

RecommendedI highly recommend Curves. I have been in Curves for years, first in Miami Springs and now in Milledgeville. It’s included with Silver Sneakers, too! What a great deal - in 30 minutes a day for 3 or 4 days you have a low impact thorough workout. Loving it!
