Curves has given me an opportunity to become a healthier me. I love the 30 min circuit. I love the wonderful trainers and ladies whom I work out with. Such a supporting atmosphere. Unlike other gyms, I don’t feel embrassed or intimidated, or feel expected to perform a certain way. The trainers go through every machine explaining the importance of form and range of motion. I highly recommend!
