Great work out system, only there for a hr with a staff member that walked me though the machines. Nice stretch before work out and after.
This is a very well kept facility and totally helpful staff. Enjoyed my visit. Would join if it was in my town.
I've been coming to this site for several years. Every day is fun. There are a variety of workouts available for every skill level. The guests are great and supportive.
Curves nw is a great center where everybody knows your name, and we're always glad you came! It's also a 30 minute full body workout that is fun fast and safe!
