Nice, but I prefer variety My mom and I won a two week membership here at a Church Auction. I really enjoyed it, but I prefer a varied work out. I think that the program is great for super busy people becasue the entire circut takes maybe 30 min. to complete. For me though, I prefer to have the choice of what I would like to do for the day be it a group class or cardio or circuts. I think the price is right, and the location is great for me.
