RecommendedCurves makes exercising simple and fun. I'm in and out in less than 45 minutes and feel great. Lots of chatter and laughter. Staff is helpful with achieving proper technique. Games and prizes make it fun if you want to participate, but it's your choice to do so or not. Have made many new friends and actually enjoy working out!

RecommendedThe coaches are all terrific. Today, I especially enjoyed doing Zumba online with Dani. I feel so much better--a little sweating elevated my downcast mood. After hunkering down for days and only doing some walking, tI was amazed at how his really hit the spot. Surprisingly, I didn't get tired. Dani has so much enthusiasm, and somehow I kept up with her. RecommendedYes I love going to Curves. I signed up yesterday for My Curves online that they are offering while they are closed. Downloaded the app on my Fire stick and playing on the TV. Much better than the UTube videos. Great deal thanks curves. Highly recommend it.
