It's a great gym! All women. Machines are geared towards what women need. Also, a great place to make friends!!
A year ago I really got serious about nutrition and exercise when my doctor told me my A1C was too high and I was now diabetic. She said I needed to make good food choices and I needed to MOVE!! Curves is a great way to start the day! Since I’m an early riser, I can get my workout in first thing in the morning. I appreciate the fact that they are open early -6:00AM.
