Curves was the biggest waste of time, money, everything! The staff here is horrible. The cost is 60 something dollars for "coaching" when all it is is some old lady who doesn't do anything to help you. So UNPROFESSIONAL! Here, I'll save you the money and tell you their diet guide: Cottage cheese for breakfast and for lunch and dinner all you have to do is Google what is healthy. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS.
