I really enjoy going to Curves. The workouts are amazing! I love the fact that I can get a total body workout in 30 minutes. I feel so much better after I have completed my workout. It is a great way to get in tune with your body and mind! The one on one coaching helps you keep working toward your goals. I can't say enough good things about this place!
