Curves is the one place I feel comfortable. I've tried all the bigger gyms but I quit after a couple week. Curves and it staff are so friendly and helpful it make you want to go.
I have been working out at Curves for over a year now and it's been one of the smartest things I've done!!! Plus the staff are so helpful and just awesome.
