Hoping to speak to a supervisor regarding the behaviour/inconsistency I’m getting from a rep but they won’t escalate me or take the correction when using the wrong name, wrong clinic or wrong information
Absolutely horrible service. You can’t find any technical support when needed , especially on weekends. The 24/7 support they sell you on is not true. I was on the phone three times for over 10 minutes just trying to talk to somebody because Curve failed, the system crashed and nobody to talk to. Lost 2 patients and several x rays because of this. Not the first time this happens either.
Love how easy it was to start using it. All the helpful videos when needed. Customer service is quick and resolves issues fast.
I absolutely love Curve Hero! My office converted from Dentrix and while there are a few aspects of Dentrix I prefer, Curve is so much better. It is so much more efficient and allows the day to day life in the dental office to run smoothly. I would definitely recommend Curve Hero to any dental office, specialists included!
