The reviews seems very fake here… The place has two elevators that are SUPER slow, the gate is SUPER slow too and it’s always broken, packages go missing everyday and there are so many rats surrounding the building. There are other places to explore that are 10x times better. Gables management is trash. Do not recommend
Horror living here. 711 is right next to the apartment so there is constantly drunk people not making it safe. Homeless people doing drugs in the stairs. My apartment smelled like weed coming from neighbors. When I moved in I found mice feces behind the oven. My washer & dryer did not work for 3 months. Dryer made loud noise, I made 3 complaints, maintenance just put oil. In one week it would be the same issue. Informed the manager Richard but he would brush off all my concerns. Manager is NO HELP. He is a very nice guy and I got to know every single detail I wanted to know.
Luv the place and great decor and cheap, would recommend at least booking a tour and checking it out!
