Our barbeque is cooked low and slow. The baby-back ribs are very tender and flavorable, coming off the bone cleanly and easily. The pulled pork has a richness that is punctuated by the oak and hickory smoke. Grilled chicken, smoked hot italian sausage and boneless ribs are all very popular. So, at 6 we tried to order wings and a stromboli from Curts Smokin Ribs. They tell us they can't make a Stromboli. They have too many ordered. So at 6:10 my husband goes up and the woman there told him he couldn't order wings because they close at 7!!! We were placing over a $50 order and they turned us away??? Wont order there again!!!! Who wants my money, because Curt's won't get it. Anyone know the woman working? She sure shouldn't be, very poor customer service!!!!
Ordered our food around 1115 to pick up at 1215 went in and the food wasn’t ready. Asked about it and the man at the register argued that we didn’t order the food until 1206. Then my wife asked for a refund since we were heading out of the area and the man slammed his fist on the counter and said I don’t understand we are making it as fast as we can. Great BBQ and friendly, helpful and courteous servers.. They even went as far as getting us a map (to keep) to show us how to get to Benezett to see PA’s elk herd..

I do not recommend Curts. First, I placed my order online; got home and I was missing something I had ordered, so I called. After talking to the one girl and looking at the slip attached to the bag, it never showed up on their end so I figured maybe I thought I ordered it and I didnt. Well a little while later I decided to look at my email confirmation and saw it was actually on there, so I went to my online banker and see i was charged for the item and never received it.
