I've taken my car there twice... They have a very nice looking shop and came with a great recommendation. They did a fab job on my oil change and I was very impressed with their mechanics and service managers. This would have me coming back for service. However, I made the mistake of having my car detailed there after a recommendation from their service manager. I paid a premium price for less than a premium job. You can tell this business loves its work. The front office is small, but the shop is big and loaded with talented guys that really know how to fix cars. They are currently building more shop space for an expansion. How many other businesses in Detroit are doing that in today's economy? If you are a customer who goes by how they SPEAK and not look at how the CHEAT then this is the right place for you. They charged wooping $300 for replacing a thermostat. I was stuck and had no time to replace it myself. As a consolation prize which even an IDIOT would know does not cost a dime they check your on board ECU for codes and offer it as free.
