Don't believe the bad reviews. Lucas is an expert in his field. He and his family have rebuilt transmissions for my family for generations. The pricing, service, and warranty was always fair. The practical, expert advice is invaluable. Read his responses to the "complaints" - he is obviously concerned about standing behind his work and customer satisfaction. Terrible work and refuses to stand behind the work they do. 300,000 mile junkyard transmission lasted longer than any that they rebuilt for me. Apparently the owner has since forgotten the work they did or whom it would for. The vehicle in question was a Jeep Cherokee that underwent several rebuilds of the transmission under warranty, the usual mileage before loss of gears being under 1000. Owner drove an hour and a half to pick up my truck and bring it back to the shop... wow. Then had the transmission rebuilt and ready for pickup in a very timely fashion. I was extremely impressed with the superior knowledge of his craft... the guy diagnosed the issues immediately by knowing my truck year and the symptoms, prior to losing all the gears. Keep up the great work CPT!!!
They did a trans for me. Wouldnt go back ever again.
