Curtis was super professional. Came out same day and helped with our minor issue caused by poor service by a previous company. We will be scheduling and sticking with Curtis for all of our A/C needs in future for sure! Shop Local!
1st time he saved me in a big pinch! Hottest time of the year, we had company coming to stay and he came right away, had parts on hand and fixed professionally. Other companies were booked days out or would not take new clients during busy season. 2nd time (3 years later) he took a call on a weeekend but booked us Monday morning to avoid extra fees. Was nice to not just be taken advantage of.
Performed the semi-annual maintenance. Technician was prompt, couteous and polite. Would highly recommend
I asked Curt to come by and give us a second opinion on a diagnosis performed by another company located in Gilbert. At first they thought I needed to replace the hard start kit which I agreed to for $700. After the problem continued, they came back and told me that I needed to replace the Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) for $4000 or the entire evaporator coil assembly for $6500!
