Why is there only one touchless wash? I’ll come here multiple times a day and every single time, theres multiple cars backed up with each wash individually taking 5-10 minutes alone. I think it would be beneficial in looking into a secondary touchless car wash or figure out some remedy to alleviate continuous wasted time. You clearly have the consumer base for it. Went to the DMV to register my recently purchased vehicle with the emissions I got here. Turns out they typed the VIN wrong when doing the emission test so it was completely invalid. Had to go back and get another test done, both tests took around an hour. Now I need to schedule another appointment with the DMV, unbelievable lost three hours of my time. I went in for a rock chip repair. Staff was kind but they ended up cracking the glass. They tried to "contain" it and told me to call back if it got worse and they would take care of it. It very quickly got MUCH worse. I called back and they claimed it wasn't their fault. Now I have to replace the windshield.
Great people and quick service and Great wash and Free Vacuum! Who could ask for more.
