When I called and asked for a technician to come and fix my dishwasher, I was greeted by a very harsh sounding woman. I explained my problem on the phone was that my dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I had assumed I needed a new seal, but Iâ??m not a Bosch technician and therefore relied on the technicianâ??s â??expertiseâ?? to determine what was the problem.
