The experience was excellent, the service representative was very knowledgeable and more importantly courteous. I was very pleased to see how he came to me and asked me if he can have a moment of my time and pulled me a away from the other customers to a quiet corner to discuss with me the status of my vehicle. Furthermore, provided me with options and what he suggested as the priority and what was needed to be done immediately. Great customer service, job well done.
