Absolutely the best hotel in Buffalo!! I've stayed here almost 10 times & I can't wait to stay again in October :) It's such a beautiful hotel & we love staying here, especially for Sabres games. Every time I've stayed the staff have been wonderful & helpful. They also always remember me from previous stays, I love that! It also has a great bar & restaurant. The hot springs are amazing, especially in the winter!! Always stay 2 nights, because 1 night isn't enough to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!

This 5 star hotel was a big disappointment. Only stay here if you have work/business downtown. The area around the hotel is dead, no great restaurants or bars in a walkable area. Most restaurants and bars in this area are only in the hotels. The elevators stink heavily of weed and the hotel is heavily fragranced to cover the smell. Our room was dark with a view of a parking garage. Your eyes will burn from the powerful smell of fragrance to cover the weed smell.
