Dishonest! Scam Alert! @Curtiss Hotel Booked online and was told, “Only one room left!” A king-bed suite for $650.00. I booked the room, and when the page refreshed, the price suddenly dropped to $254.00! Upon arrival, I was told that they did, indeed, have cheaper rooms available; however, those rooms were supposedly unavailable at the precise moment I made my reservation. This place is really something. The style is over the top everywhere. We have stayed in a lot of places in Asia that have all of the techie touches but this place beats them all. It's just amazing. And the Urban Hot Springs are awesome. Our only complaint would be that the tech needs explaining. Our room was dark when we arrived and it took several minutes just to find the iPad to turn on some lights. A primer at check-in would be helpful rather than just being told that there's an iPad in the room. And the wonderful shower ... read more

First off, the staff was great. That housekeeping team was on point and super professional and friendly. Big nice rooms with almost full black out, I slept very nice. I do wish there was an out on the desk though. But would stay here again in a heart beat.
