I had the honor to tour this hotel prior to final construction with the owner Marc Croce (RIP) and to thos day, I've traveled the world and have stayed at many high-end hotels and even a minth ago stayed at a 6 Star hotel in Barcelona. Being very honest, I'd rather be here at the Curtis Hotel in the heart of Buffalo. The food at the Chez Ami and the VUE Rooftop Lounge amazing! My room was amazing the shower even better will definitely stay there again
We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, and responsive front desk staff. The only downside was the lighting. The room felt quite dark and could use a few more light sources. Overall, we had a great stay!
Definitely NOT 5 Star service. Bridal shower held there for 80+ people and service was the worst. Who serves by meal selection....only 2 people got their meals at a table for a sit down lunch and then a half hour later the other 8 people are served. I could go on with multiple other issues...disposable plates for dessert, go serve yourself water. What a joke. SO VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
