I hired them to build a garage for me. They poured the slab on top of 4 feet deep of wet clay, after back filling the day before. I had ask them to wait for proper compaction of the soil. They said that it would be fine. It was not fine and my garage floor has LARGE cracks right where they back filled. The perimeter most of the way around the garage drops 3" . Now I need to jack hammer the floor and remove it and start over. Also they cut a corner on the garage door main beam as it is sagging way too much.
