For going on the past 4 years I have had the Pleasure of renting one of Curtis Willoughby’s duplex’s. It might not mean a lot to some but as a previous home owner & a happy senior citizen, it was extremely hard going from owning to renting! Curtis has been an Exceptional Landlord! With ALL his busy schedule he has ALWAYS taken the time to listen, fix, etc. my needs. HE ACTUALLY NEEDS MORE THAN 5 STARS having to spend that external time dealing with me!
