Waited 1 hour to go in room. Then waited 1 more hour in room and doc never came in. Spoke to doc and doc is aware and she'll inform mgmt. I've been calling now last 1/2 hour from 3:30 till 4:00 pm and no answer.
Everyone is great, but honestly Hannah is exceptional. I've never in my life met someone so professional, genuine, and friendly. I hope she never leaves!
I've had some longish waits here but the care has been exceptional once in with the assistants and doctor. I've never felt rushed or not listened to. Had a procedure today in which the doctor was very sensitive to my medical anxiety and even asked me how I would like her to communicate with me throughout the procedure. She also took the time before and after the procedure to give me undivided attention in which she ask me how I was doing in general and if I had any questions about the procedure.
