It should not take a month to complete a pa for an inhaler. I have called so many times left voice mails begging for an update no one calls me back no one helps me I get rerouted constantly. I WORK DOING PAS AND I KNOW IT DOES NOT TAKE THIS LONG!!!!!! This has been genuinely THE WORST medical experience I've ever had. Not to mention when I was there the staff was hostile, couldn't even be bothered to look at me when speaking, very short when speaking or asking any questions. I've never met a ruder doctor in my life. Id rather die than go back to this office.
I'm receiving property medical help now.
The front desk has no idea on how to do their job! They made an appointment with the wrong specialist twice. My mom needed to see a gyno truly urgently, and twice they made an appointment with a non gyno FPN. No idea on how to do their job!
