I asked to be swabbed for flu, strep & covid multiple times from the dr. he wouldn’t swab me, all he would give me is cough medicine. expressed a few other concerns & he ignored me completely. maybe was with the dr for 5 minutes max.
It should not take a month to complete a pa for an inhaler. I have called so many times left voice mails begging for an update no one calls me back no one helps me I get rerouted constantly. I WORK DOING PAS AND I KNOW IT DOES NOT TAKE THIS LONG!!!!!! This has been genuinely THE WORST medical experience I've ever had. Not to mention when I was there the staff was hostile, couldn't even be bothered to look at me when speaking, very short when speaking or asking any questions. I've never met a ruder doctor in my life. Id rather die than go back to this office.
