This is my third trailer I have purchase with Curtis, each trailer was perfect for what I needed at the time. I will continue to go back to Curtis because of the amazing customer service from the sales department to the service department. I highly recommend purchasing your trailer at Curtis. They do not haggle or pressure you, they just allow you to pick the best trailer to meet your needs. Darwin, my sales rep, is fantastic! But honestly, they all are.
Friendly people, however this is my honest experience, they will not work with you at all on price, I was able to find much better deals locally at other establishments and get several other perks thrown in on the deal such as coating and hitching. Also they did not listen very well as to what we wanted, the salesman tried to put us into something way way too big right off the bat, we had to stop as we walked by more suited trailers and insist that we get to see them. Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She made the process for enjoyable and more information that we needed. I would recommend to go to Curtis trailers because everyone there are hospitable and the best person to work with is Jennifer.
The buying process was simple. They had the unit we liked, were helpful in adding some features we wanted and were thorough in walking us through the ins and outs of the RV.
