Josh was great guy and very friendly. Was very helpful with us when we're purchasing are trave trailer. He was very knowledge and answer all of are questions. And when you leave Curtis Trailer he ok with calls if they are questions you forgot to ask when you were at Curtis trailer.
We had a great experience at Curtis Trailers in Beaverton. Josh Sharpe was our salesman. We would buy there again and will recommend to friends and family.
On our way out of town I hit a dip and broke off our secondary gate valve of our motorhome. Aloha Curtis Trailers was the closest to us. Emily was amazing. Not only did she locate the correct part, she installed it for me as well even thought it’s 100+ outside!
After being very disappointed the first time, I was contacted by the service manager and the got me back in and repaired the water leak free of charge and have ordered a replacement microwave. Very dissatisfied. Took our fifth wheel for multiple repairs and was charged over $1,100.00 to fix water heater, refrigerator, water leak and microwave not working. Microwave still not working and storage are still soaked from water leak.
