David the Sales Representative was extremely polite and patient. Was able to answer all my questions and took the time to tour me through a few trailers. Hope to buy from them in the future!
I recently went through the full Curtis Trailer experience at the Aloha location. Purchasing a camper, parts, and having the service department install some of them in the span of a few weeks. The star rating is the overall result of that experience, but depending on what you are going there for, some parts of the experience were better than others. AMAZING experience. We have purchased before and were coming back to trade in for another trailer due to some damage from our first. Josh was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond for us. Josh definitely knows what it takes to meet the needs of buyers. Not only that, but he was personable and has 100% made us lifetime customers of Curtis Trailers. Our salesman David was very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. He was not pushy. He was very honest. Over the years I have has many salesmen and women that I did not like. We have not yet purchased an rv, but we would go back to Curtis and deal with david.
