I have to agree this is a horrible strata company they love to drag poor owners through crap just to prove a point, and charge you a fortune. The strata meetings in Somerset are horrible, toxic, and I'm talking about some of the residents and Paul Curtis carries on with them, ignores other peoples option they spend money on themselves and staff and do nothing for their strata owners.
I agree with all the other reviews posted, apart from one which was probably written by Curtis strata and had 5 stars. I'm an owner of a unit which Curtis strata are unfortunately strata which will hopefully be changed soon. They don't answer calls and inquires basically they just ignore us. Don't use them please I don't want anyone else. They are useless Honestly I've never dealt with a more incompetent strata.
Worst strata company ever, don’t use them. Incompetent, arrogant and unhelpful. Create more problems than they solve. Don’t let your body corporate go through them, they cause legal problems for the owners and then charge the owners for their own inability to administrate.
Not good, these guys are going to send you to legal action for their own mistakes then charge you for it. Don’t get involved with these guys
