Mia Keeley (Annapolis) was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. For the majority of the process she was unreachable by phone. The occasion responses to e-mails were snarky and passive-aggressive. She developed a severe attitude when I didn't use her preferred financing provider. Closing and registration took weeks longer than it should have because of her detachment from the process. The ladies at the CSA office and the title company eventually cleaned up her mess
My experience with CSA started out great, however, based on interactions with my yacht brokers (Thomas Russell and Diane Russell) I would not choose to do business with CSA in the future. It is my opinion that their personal friendship with the seller prevented them from acting impartially throughout the negotiations, the closing, and post-closing.
We worked with Jim Davis at Curtis Stokes to purchase a Carver 450 Pilothouse. Jim traveled all over the state of Florida with us and provided exceptional service and guidance while remaining impartial to allow us to make the decision. He showed us more than 10 boats and we are very happy with his guidance and representation. This company is very knowledgeable and supportive and provided us with solid advice.
