Conner came out to help with my plumbing issue and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I needed a new water heater, and it was ordered right away. The installation was scheduled as soon as the unit arrived. This morning, Conner showed up right on time to install my new tankless water heater. Conner was a real lifesaver for us! I run a small preschool out of my home, and we suddenly lost all water pressure one morning. I’m really glad I called Curtis & Sons Plumbing after seeing their name mentioned online. I reached out in the morning, and Conner arrived quickly to help with my plumbing problems. My main bathroom still had the old plumbing in the tub, so he installed a new valve, faucet, handle, and shower head. While he was there, he also found a leak in the old drain and replaced it. I had some plumbing work done in Hickory, including repairs for my toilets, fixing bathroom faucets, stopping leaks in the laundry area, and installing a new kitchen faucet. The plumber, Marvin, was able to come out even sooner than I thought, which was great. He quickly figured out what was wrong and took care of everything without any trouble.
