This company has a great staff, from installation to cleaning/pumping. They know what they are doing! They are always honest, on-time, friendly, fast, and dedicated, thorough, and efficient in their work.
Great experience all around. When booking the appointment, Jennifer was fantastic in booking a date and time that worked for us. Thoroughly explained the costs involved including if any digging was required. Followed up with an email the day or so prior to remind me of the appointment. On day of service, Austin (? spelling) called to say he was on his way, would be arriving in 1/2 hour. When he arrived, he knew exactly where tank was, took him about 20 minutes total time! We started using Curtis Septic a couple of seasons ago. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. Scheduling has always been easy, with the details of the service clearly communicated. On the day of service the technician let's us know when they are on their way. They arrive, and quickly and efficiently get the job done. Very happy we made the switch to Curtis Septic!
