We found Curtis Septic Service to be very professional and good to work with: answered questions quickly and clearly and the teams sent to do the job worked well together and were thorough and efficient. It was a big, long job – a new Presby system to replace our old, failed, 60 yr old traditional system. The system was installed in March 2025. Great service!
The technician who serviced us did a great job. He showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, was fast and efficient, had good communication skills and was very respectful of our property. Great experience!
Seamless experience. Easy to schedule, the two reps that came out were on time and friendly. They treated my property with respect and explained the process as I had questions. My system is not the typical septic, as its a Presby system which is a bit more complex. The Title 5 report came back quickly. Everything went well, highly recommend.
