We are very happy with our experience with Curtis Septic. Everyone in all departments was so helpful and answered all of our questions when we found out we needed a new septic system. The foreman did a really excellent job of managing the whole installation project on site with the team. He always kept us informed about what was going on, gave us updates every day, and answered any questions we had. Curtis did a Title V inspection for us, at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, it failed, but it's an old system. The inspector explained everything that was wrong, and what we needed to do to repair/replace the system. Andy Curtis followed up with a detailed explanation by phone and detailed information about the inspection process, results, and what we needed to do going forward.

We found Curtis Septic Service to be very professional and good to work with: answered questions quickly and clearly and the teams sent to do the job worked well together and were thorough and efficient. It was a big, long job – a new Presby system to replace our old, failed, 60 yr old traditional system. The system was installed in March 2025. The technician who serviced us did a great job. He showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, was fast and efficient, had good communication skills and was very respectful of our property. Great experience!
