Fantastic service! Patricia came within 24hrs to replace a faulty shower mixer. She came armed with the knowledge of the problem and a range of options for repair, replacement or updating of the mixer setup - all from just a few photos! Immediately knew the problem and even taught me a bit about how my heating and plumbing all works (I had no clue what pipes went where or what the valves did) had the new shower mixer fitted in under two hours.
