My experience in Springfield in general is that if I pay for something you have to make sure you get back the right change. Staff operate with the bias that they get from community . People trying to convince me I wasn’t told I can’t see my results unless I come in for a follow up to be billed. Which is unethical given I lack transportation . I had a very good experience with Dr. Orr and his assistant, Danielle. They listened, were compassionate, and did not rush me. I am grateful to them both.
