Very Happy When I had a claim for a tree falling on my back porch roof, they responded very quickly and I had no problems getting the work paid for. I didn't have to get numerous estimates, and they understood the urgency of getting the repairs done. They have always been available when I had a question, and have never tried to push me into getting more insurance than I need.
