The dentist was amazing and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and explained it in detail. I wanted to work with them but they could not get my insurance to cover the procedure. I called my insurance and they asked them to submit something additional but they never did. I don’t fault the dentist, I fault the adjuster/coder. I was willing to pay for it out of pocket. They didn’t keep me informed or call me so I gave up.
One of the most professional and comfortable places I have been. The staff were so kind and they took such great care of me. Dr. Bishop is an amazing surgeon who handles you as well as his staff with such gentleness. I was extremely anxious about going into a new place, but once I got settled Morgan Askew ( Dr. Bishop’s assistant) made sure I was taken care of and never left my side. Thank You Oral Serene for such extraordinary care.
