Good place to do business, could probably find whatever you need here. Just bought a custom vanity top and it’s really nice!
I had simple wood, 4 x 4‘s cut two length I needed. That was pretty straightforward and no surprise. Staff was very helpful finding parts and solutions for my project. Had I been involved in something more complicated and technical I might have rated this higher, but this was a pretty simple job. I would say they pleasantly met expectations for my needs on that day.
This place is bizarre. Absolutely no customer service. Nobody tries to help you with anything. If you ask for help they seem annoyed. I don’t know why I have bothered coming back. It’s always the same experience. I guess I’m just used to the friendly folks at R.K. Miles.
