Ordered a door in October of 2025, was told would be in with-in 2 to 3 weeks. Never notified until December of 2025 of it coming in and where it was. Curtis Lumber Ballston Spa is only interested in larger orders or contractors. Stay away from them. This is the second time this has happened to me.
I went in th Curtis Lumber in Ballston Spa. I hand picked 36 knotty pine boards and wrapped them in bundles of ten. It took my 1 1/2 hrs. Paid for wood and $50. for delivery. i also requested a call from delivery driver so not to waste the whole day. NEVER GOT!. Then the delivered my wood. not what i picked and paid for! KARL the manager there admitted they made several mistakes and refunded my delivery fee and $52 for my time and trouble. This is an insult!!
