The work they do is excellent, especially the clean up and grinding of trees and brush that collect in the woods. Lately, it seems like they are having difficulty with staff turnover who mow the lawn. We used to see the same crew leader every time and he was good with customers, but then he left and a rotating team came, which required time to teach each new team. Hopefully Curtis is able to recruit and keep good workers since they done the customer interface work.
