Dr. Hedberg is awesome!! I have a rare disease that many doctors have never even heard of. I really can’t put into words how refreshing it was to meet with a doctor who understands my condition and treatment options. He was friendly and never made me feel rushed. He asked me a lot of questions about my experience and symptoms. I’d become so used to being brushed off because other doctors aren’t familiar with HAE. I cannot praise Dr. Hedberg too much! He was fantastic. He really took time with me, seemed completely concerned about my issues, and offered many different suggestions that I could try. He did a thorough evaluation of me which my ENT did not do earlier. It was going to be a five month wait to get in, but I was put on the waitlist. And within just a few weeks, I was contacted about moving my appointment to early March. I’m so glad they were able to do that. Also, his staff was wonderful! So kind, helpful, and friendly.
