As a Dr I guess you just think it’s part of the job, that’s kind of how you feel when you yourself are working on a patient. I was referred to the orthodontics service where I was told one price and then when I went in it was three times the amount that was quoted I paid that and I waited three weeks for a wire to be ordered they ordered the incorrect size and placed it, in the incorrect position. now i have to return to get it fixed if it’s able to. Extremely unhappy with the services provided and the actions not attempted to resolve this issue.
10/10 would definitely recommend them to anyone, today I went in for a tightening and had my 6m with my and he wouldn’t stop crying while I was being worked on and one of the ladies come over and offered to hold him for me so he’d stop crying. Literally couldn’t have been anymore thankful for how understanding and amazing they are!
