I was pleasantly surprised by my visit with Dr. Hagenau after reading the negative reviews here just prior to my appointment. Dr. Hagenau was more on the stern side but he was extremely thorough with my case history and spend a considerable amount of time with me as a new patient. Overall, I had a good experience and his staff was great.
