Mr. Fischer claimed he installed air conditioning through every room in my home, but left out that he did not put a duct leading into our bathroom. He misled us on a home disclosure form.
Mr. Fischer was the developer of my home and, in my opinion, after he promised new garage doors and didn't deliver, he misled us regarding water infiltration in the home. I'm not particular sure about his heating and cooling work, so I cannot comment, but I can say that we've had water enter our home on 8-9 occasions over a 40 day period.
