Used this company off and on for 2+ years with no problems at all. Scheduled a appointment for glass replacement caused by hail when the day came for the replacement I called at 4 to see where they were at and was basically told they didn't know where the install guy was and basically told me they could care less, my customer wasn't important and they wouldn't be out the next day to install.
