Called before arrival. Straight to solve the issue. Just fantastic service and workmanship while also being very informative. I would highly recommend his service. He is very ethical about the trade. I am unsure who Kayla Betts is, but I find it very strange for someone to write a bad review about Curtis even though they never used them. She must be a friend of KMW. Curtis has helped us many times, several times with urgent problems. He has always exceeded expectations, and I completely trust the quality of his work.
Thanks to Curtis for coming and fixing our ancient furnace. Very professional, on time, came back the next say after a secondary issue and fixed everything perfectly.
