I told Curtis that I had XLRS & been diagnosed by Casey eye Institute. Yet he still wanted me to do an OCT & would bill it medically to my insurance. It wasn’t covered & now I’m forced to pay out of pocket for something I didn’t want but he insistented. I was more knowledgeable about what I had than the doctor. This is bad buisness. At least inform me more than what I knew for something that you wanted to do
Dr Delplanche is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is thorough, patient, friendly, and informative. I never feel rushed. When I had an issue with insurance, he patiently made the calls, again and again, advocating for my eye care. I appreciate him and his wife, who is also a doctor of optometry and equally attentive, professional, and personable. I couldn’t ask for better eye care.
