I've been a tenant in a Curtis-owned building for about 18 years and I appreciate them as landlords. The building is well-kept, and when/if issues arise, they are super responsive. They are now in their 3rd generation for tending to their buildings and they are as responsive as ever. If you can find an office in one of their buildings, don't hesitate - rent it!
I am relatively new tenant at Curtis Commercial LLC, providing tailoring services. Their care and commitment to their tenants is superior. The building is immaculate and their communication is quick and friendly. My clients enjoy coming to the well taken care of beautiful building, and I very much appreciate the overall atmosphere of other businesses in the building that are run by lovely owners.
