Went to curtis Ballymena for a new key for my rav4.......treated appallingly by staff. Basically laughed at and told countless times " you need a new battery" no I do NOT need a new battery. I need a new key. I have paid £184 for a new key, it arrived back cut wrong! Now it needs to be reordered.....which I have been told won't happen! I'm out the money for sloppy service and treated like an idiot. I was also told the key was worn out!
