We only purchaed our hardwood floors from Curtis Carpet. Not installation. So my review will be based on the experience with the sales reps. Overall, it was a positive experience from picking out finishes/supplier brand, to finalizing the payment. Curtis Carpets provided us great service. Even though our was a small job they gave us efficient & fast service. Brianna was helpful with our choice & the measuring & Installation people were very pleasant. We would use them again & recommend to others.
I had an excellent experience finding new floor tiles for basement, stairs, bathroom. Curtis Carpets staff were very helpful, including Willow, and installers were excellent (Bill and crew). I ended up selecting the Carriera Buco tile (Dante 2.0), to replace damaged tiles and old carpet. The floor of my basement, bathroom and stairs look fantastic! Thank you, and I recommend Curtis Carpets products & services!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am writing this review to share our absolutely horrendous and disastrous experience with Curtis Carpets. From start to finish, the entire process was marked by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of care, leaving us with a costly mess that feels like a worst nightmare.
