From start to finish, the entire process was marked by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of care, leaving us with a costly mess that feels like a worst nightmare. I’ve known Curtis carpets for years and my wife Edith Metrow has been working with Curtis carpets ever since Wayne Curtis and his wife Francine owned the store and my wife has been with the store for 37 years now and is about to retire after being so loyal to the Curtises they will miss Edith at the store Edith was the one everybody else went to if there was anything else people wanted to know ask Edith knows but oh well we will see what happens by
Poor Follow-Up Repair Left Us With a New Problem We hired Curtis Carpet for an insurance claim, using our one-year warranty because our tiles weren’t properly adhered to the floor. While the technician did fix the initial issue, they left behind a superglue adhesive that wasn’t properly cleaned up. Now, instead of loose tiles, we’re left with a glossy, high-shine patch that reflects light and stands out awkwardly on both the replacement tile and the surrounding hardwood floor that wasn’t replaced.
