brought my car in today got a full diagnosis and inspection everything was thoroughly explained to me and received a written quote . repairs were done payment was easy and my car is running like new . very pleased!!!!
Been going to Adam for a couple years and he did great work. Recently tried to drop off my car for an $1,800 repair. I asked him if I could drop off on Sunday and he said that was fine. Received a text on Thursday asking if I ever dropped it off. Basically wasted 4 days of having no car and the repair not done. I got a solid 20 minute phone call from Curtis Auto Care explaining their diagnosis on my transmission issues. I've never had a mechanic take that much time to explain the issue in a very digestible way, which is helpful to those that aren't super knowledgeable about cars. Luckily it was just replacing old loose terminals that connect to the battery, a really old batter, and a failed sensor rather than mechanical issues within the transmission itself.
